The developed optimized assay can be performed in real-life conditions and within the entire inflammatory spectrum, revealing significant differentiation between various somatic cell counts for convenient early bio-diagnostics and health status evaluation. 1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study utilized the lysosomal activity of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAGase) for clinical state differentiation by adding tetraethyl orthosilicate-coated zinc oxide nanostructures to a conventional assay.
