研究目的
To describe the current status of the system level design of the ITER bolometer port plug cameras and propose solutions for implementing all required camera components while meeting competing requirements.
研究成果
All functions determining the SLD of the ITER bolometer port plug cameras have been identified, and solutions have been proposed. No potential show stoppers have been identified, but areas of concern such as thermal management, EM loads, and assembly complexity need further investigation. The presented architecture options are compatible with minor changes, and efforts will continue to optimize manufacturing costs and assembly processes.
研究不足
1. The thermal management of the camera needs optimization, particularly to establish if internal cooling is required. 2. Electro Magnetic (EM) loads during vertical disruption events may cause significant accelerations and vibrations, affecting structural integrity. 3. The assembly and electrical connection under restricted space conditions need further investigation. 4. Manufacturing cost optimization and reduction of assembly complexity are planned to reduce overall cost and risks.
