The introduction of PC61BM doped with CH3NH3I as the interfacial layer effectively eliminates the light-soaking effect in hysteresis-free PSCs, achieving a stable output efficiency of 19% and an ultrahigh fill factor over 84%. The study provides a model combining ion migration and charge accumulation to explain the light-soaking effect and performance improvement in PSCs.

1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study involved fabricating inverted planar heterojunction PSCs with FTO/NiOx/CH3NH3PbI3/PC61BM/BCP/Ag structure and introducing [6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PC61BM) doped with CH3NH3I as the interfacial layer.
