研究目的
Investigating the effects of environmental humidity on the crystallinity and efficiency of perovskite solar cells using conductive atomic force microscopy and friction force microscopy.
研究成果
The study demonstrates that controlling environmental humidity during the fabrication of perovskite solar cells can significantly improve their crystallinity and efficiency. Using C-AFM and FFM, local decrystallization areas were identified in films fabricated under high humidity, which were found to reduce the effective active area and overall device performance. Eliminating these areas through humidity-free fabrication increased the power conversion efficiency by about 122%.
研究不足
The study focuses on the effects of humidity on perovskite solar cells but does not explore other environmental factors like oxygen or UV exposure that could also affect device performance. The experimental conditions are limited to humidity-free and high-humidity environments.
